First things first… I need a concept note. As I begin the research for the concept note I see how much work goes into building you own project. Hard work. I must create a work plan and stick to it so that I can stay on top of things. The important thing is that when I get to Macon I need to have the concept note and work plan and a few other items sorted and ready so that I am able to speak with people that I feel are stakeholders of the community. People that can support and enhance the project within their own capacity. This project excites me… I just hope that I can share that with others so that they are ready to support. But yes… first thing is the concept note!
